Está ubicado sobre la ruta 192. De la limpieza participaron varias áreas del Municipio.
Un amplio operativo se desarrolla desde el miércoles en Arroyo de la Cruz, con el objetivo de retirar basura acumulada en un amplio predio, ubicado a metros del Destacamento Rural de la policía, sobre la ruta 192.
Las acciones incluyen el uso de camiones, palas, y equipo pesado, con la participación de áreas como Producción y Medio Ambiente, Gobierno, Zoonosis, Legales, Seguridad y Reducción de Riesgo, y la Policía Ecológica de la provincia de Buenos Aires, entre otros.
“El objetivo fue liberar la zona de basura acumulada, luego que un privado ocupara el espacio de una calle pública para depositar desechos. Así, con la fuerza pública, se decidió proceder a retirar esos elementos”, comunicó el Municipio.
En ese proceso, se investiga ahora si alguno de los elementos que se retiraron del lugar pudiera proceder de un hecho delictivo, tema que deberá oportunamente investigar la Justicia. Por ahora, todo lo retirado será depositado en “la tosquera”, contiguo al complejo ambiental, hasta que el Juez de Faltas defina la disposición final. Mientras tanto, y hasta que se resuelva la cuestión judicial, los equipos y camiones del Municipio continuarán limpiando el sector, con el fin de prevenir cualquier episodio sanitario y ambiental, como consecuencia de la basura acumulada.
